Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email, name and optional profile photo.
• What you create: goals, habits, journal entries, check-ins, speaking practice, money plans, time entries and similar content.
• Membership and billing status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical information, such as device type and notification settings, to keep the app working.

How we use it

• To run the app and show your information back to you.
• To send account emails, reminders and notifications you turn on.
• To provide AI coaching only when you ask. We send only the context you choose for that request, and saved coach memory only if you turn it on.

What stays private

Your journals, recordings, reflections and coaching notes are private to you. Administrators cannot read them. Support Circle partners see only what you choose to share.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Becoming (such as hosting, email, payments and AI processing), when required by law, or with your permission.

Your choices

• Edit or delete your content at any time.
• Turn reminders, notifications and coach memory on or off in Settings.
• Delete your account in Settings, which removes your data from Becoming.

Security and children

We use industry-standard protections, but no system is perfectly secure. Becoming is not meant for children under 13.
